Chocolate conche is the fine grinding machine for making chocolate paste. Before it, cocoa butter
has to be melted and to add oil first, then to add sugar, cocoa power and other powder materials.
The tank of chocolate conche is jacket and there is water in it with electric heating tubes.
Normally, the temperature of water is not more than 60íŠ.There is an Omron temperature controller ,
the temperature can be set on it. After grinding a period, it need cool water to cool down.
The lining bars and scrapers are 65Mn steel, tank and two ends are The cover out of tank is ss304.
The fininess degree of chocolate paste can reach 20-25 microns after grinding the requested time.
